Our bootcamps are 6 week, 12 session fitness bootcamps with diet plan and nutrition advice. Based on the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format these sessions are a mix of bodyweight and CrossFit inspired exercise using kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, powerbags, battle ropes, plyometric boxes and more!
These sessions however are suitable for all regardless of current fitness level or experience as all of the exercises can be adapted to take into account specific ability, injury etc.
Alongside the training we run an intense 21 day diet followed by a more sustainable longer term plan, and as well as the training, diet and nutritional advice we also have a private Facebook group (Yorkshire Bootcampers) where members can ask questions, exchange diet tips or menu ideas and generally just help and support each other.
If you feel you need more help with your diet we also offer a bespoke 21 day eating plan with recipes and instructions for breakfast, lunch and dinner all measured to fit your own personal nutrition requirements -
and of course there's your free t shirt!

The dates below are the start dates, each bootcamp runs for 6 weeks, we then have a week off to rest and regroup before starting again!

BOOTCAMP / CLASS PASS HUDDERSFIELD!
With 3 bootcamps in Huddersfield plus our boxing session on a Wednesday and more classes and group sessions to come why not take advantage of our Access All Areas pass and you can then attend as many sessions as you wish, or even all of them if you're that way out?!
Its a recurring payment of £77 a month but you can then attend whichever sessions you want throughout the month, there's currently 6 bootcamps plus boxing with lots more coming very soon!
