Our bootcamps are run as 6 week courses with the exercises and difficulty level increasing as the sessions progress. At the end of the 6 week course we start again from the beginning, however those that have already completed 1 or more bootcamps will have the option of more challenging exercises than those that are just starting out!
Remember the cost of your bootcamp includes the 12 training sessions (usually £84), your personalised diet plan (usually £49.95), your choice of cookbooks (usually £9.95 each) as well as access to our private Facebook group where you'll find diet and exercise support from Liam or other members of the group. Most importantly though you'll also receive one of our highly coveted bootcamp t shirts, again free of charge!
Places on our bootcamps have to be limited to ensure that everyone gets the coaching they require and that no one gets left behind, however obviously its even more important at the moment with social distancing regulations. To book your place on our next bootcamps please use the links below, if for any reason start dates have to change then you will be offered the choice of a full refund or deferring your place to the revised start date. We do not offer a pay as you go option for our bootcamps as we need everyone to start together and to attend as many sessions as they can, support from your fellow bootcampers is important and the results you see will be a direct reflection of the effort you put in!
